That is really sweet! What a great example of endurance! I mean that sincerely and in a funny way. I asked my great grandma what the secret of her 70 plus year marriage was... not kidding they're in their 90's and were married when she was 20! Her answer... A lot of praying. So romantic:)
alexis- i have asked my mom the same question and she said...love and trust. she seriously is the MOST patient person i know! they still sit on the couch holding hands...and sneak in a kiss here and there. so sweet!
